Frequently asked questions

How do I split a PDF into pages?
Open the PDF, keep "Every page" selected and click Split PDF. You get a ZIP with one PDF per page.
How do I extract some pages from a PDF?
Choose "Extract pages", type the pages like 2, 5-7, and click Split PDF. You get one new PDF with just those pages.
Does splitting lower the quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text and images do not change.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened and processed entirely inside your browser and is never sent to us.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Remove the password in the program that created the file, then open it here.
Is it free?
Splitting and previewing are free. Downloading the result may need a small one-time pass, and the price is shown before you pay. You never need an account.
