About VisaPhotoFit
Anyone who has uploaded a photo to a US government portal knows the frustration: the photo is rejected for a dark background, the wrong size, or a file that is a few kilobytes too large. Paid photo sites exist, but many of them upload your face to their servers.
VisaPhotoFit does the work inside your browser, and it also offers a private PDF editor and signing tool built the same way. You choose the document (US visa, passport, green card or DV lottery), upload a photo, and we check the face, focus, lighting and resolution, size the head correctly (for visas, also replace the background with plain white; for US passports we leave your photo unedited, as the State Department requires), and export a JPG that fits the file-size rules. If a photo cannot be fixed (for example it is blurry or pixelated), we tell you exactly why so you can retake it.
What we believe
- Privacy first. Your face is sensitive. Your photo never leaves your device.
- No sign-in. No account, no password, no marketing emails.
- Honest about limits. We follow the published State Department rules, but only the agency can accept your photo. We say so clearly.
- No retouching. We never change your face. The rules prohibit it and so do we.
VisaPhotoFit is operated from India. VisaPhotoFit is an independent service and is not affiliated with any government agency. Read our Terms and Privacy Policy, or contact us.
