How do I add page numbers to a PDF?

Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. Tick "Skip the first page". The second page is then numbered with your starting number.
Can I start from a number other than 1?
Yes. Set "Start at" to any number, which is handy when the PDF is part of a larger document.
Is my PDF uploaded?

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
